For Dental Laboratories
How do I open a wholesale account?
Email sales@dstus.com with your lab name, address, business license or DEA equivalent (if applicable in your region), and the product categories you're most interested in. We'll set up your wholesale account and send you our current price book within one business day. There is no application fee.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For most catalog items there is no minimum unit quantity — order one bottle, one box, one kit. Wholesale accounts have a minimum order value that varies by region (typically $250 in the US). For private-label or custom-formulated production, MOQs apply per SKU and are set during the project scoping call.
Do you offer volume pricing tiers?
Yes. Wholesale accounts receive tiered pricing based on monthly purchase volume. Higher-volume labs unlock additional discounts on the VITO line, ceramics, and prosthetic components. Ask your account manager for the current tier table.
Can I get product samples for evaluation?
Absolutely. We send sample kits to qualified labs evaluating us against their incumbent supplier — typically a small assortment from the category you're interested in (e.g., a stain & glaze trial set, or a small bottle of a restorative). Request samples through your account manager or by emailing sales@dstus.com.
What is the typical lead time?
US orders ship the same or next business day from our Hollywood, FL warehouse. International orders ship within 2–4 business days from Israel. For products produced to order or items not currently stocked at the local warehouse, lead time is 7–14 days; you'll be notified at order confirmation.
Do you offer Net 30 terms?
Net 30 terms are available to qualifying wholesale accounts after a credit application and approval process. New accounts typically begin on prepayment or credit card and graduate to Net 30 once a steady purchasing pattern is established.
Can I get a printed product catalog?
Yes. We will mail a printed catalog to wholesale accounts in the US and EU on request. A digital PDF catalog is also available — request it from your account manager.
For Dental Clinics & Dentists
Are products CE-marked?
Yes — DS Technologies holds CE Mark approval, and the relevant Declarations of Conformity are available on request. Our quality management system is in active ISO 13485 certification.
What's compatible with my implant system?
Our DST IMPLANT line includes components compatible with the most common Internal Hex Connection and Conical Connection systems used worldwide. We carry abutments, healing caps, copings, drivers, analogs, and prosthetic parts for these connections. If you have a specific implant brand and platform diameter, contact our team and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.
Where can I find MSDS / IFU documents?
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS / SDS) and Instructions for Use (IFU) are available for every product. Email sales@dstus.com with the product name and batch number, and we'll send the current document by return email. We are also building a self-serve document library — coming to the website soon.
What's the shelf life?
Shelf life varies by product family. Ceramics and metal components are typically 5+ years from manufacture. Liquids, resins, and bonding agents range from 18 to 36 months. Each product is labeled with a clear expiration date and a GS1 batch barcode for traceability.
Do you offer chairside training or product demos?
Yes. We provide product training for new clinical and lab customers — by video call for individual practices, and in-person at IDS and major regional dental shows. Distributors receive structured training as part of onboarding. Request a demo here.
How do I report an adverse event?
Report any product-related adverse event immediately to info@dsdentalisrael.com with the product name, batch/lot number, date of use, and a description of the incident. Our quality team will respond within one business day and initiate the appropriate vigilance procedure under MDR guidelines.
Logistics & Shipping

How long does US shipping take?
Most US orders arrive in 2–5 business days via UPS or USPS Priority. Same-day or next-day dispatch from Hollywood, FL. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for time-critical lab work.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from Israel via DHL, FedEx, and EMS. Transit time varies by destination (typically 4–10 business days to Europe, 7–14 days to Latin America and Asia-Pacific). Our checkout supports 99 presentment currencies, so you'll see prices in your local currency.
What's the return policy?
Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or credit. Custom-produced items, opened liquids, and patient-specific implant components are non-returnable for safety reasons. Defective items are covered under our quality warranty — contact sales@dstus.com within 14 days of receipt and we'll resolve it.
Are taxes and duties included?
For US orders, applicable state sales tax is calculated at checkout. For international orders, prices are exclusive of import duties, VAT, and customs fees, which are paid by the buyer at the time of import in line with each country's regulations. We provide complete commercial invoices and HS codes to facilitate fast clearance.
How is the product packaged?
Every product ships in original sealed manufacturer packaging with batch labeling, expiration date, and GS1 barcode. Liquids are double-bagged and cushioned. Implant components ship in sterile or clean-packaged units depending on category. Bulk orders are palletized for distributor shipments.

US orders over $80 ship free. Below that, standard rates apply at checkout. International rates are calculated by weight and destination at checkout.
