General
What is the wholesale program?
A three-tier B2B pricing structure built for dental labs, dental clinics, dental supply distributors, and master distributors. Each tier carries a different wholesale discount and minimum order value, matched to the scale of your business.
Is there a fee to join?
No. There is no membership fee, application fee, or annual fee for any tier.
Do I have to commit to annual purchase volumes?
No mandatory annual commitment at any tier. For Distributor and Master Distributor tiers we'll discuss expected volume during onboarding so we can plan stocking — but it's an agreement of intent, not a contract.
Can I see wholesale prices before applying?
For Lab & Clinic tier, yes — the discount is 12% off retail and is published openly. For Distributor and Master Distributor tiers we share the specific discount % after approval. This protects our distributor partners' margins from being benchmarked publicly.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Yes. As your business grows, we can move you from Lab & Clinic to Distributor, or from Distributor to Master Distributor. Just email sales@dstus.com and we'll discuss.
Application & approval
What information do I need to apply?
For Lab & Clinic: business name, country, contact details, and a verifying website or business directory listing. For Distributor: same plus your business website, expected first-order size, and target market. For Master Distributor: a brief conversation about your existing distribution business and the territory you'd like to represent.
How long does approval take?
Lab & Clinic: usually within 1 business day, often within hours. Distributor: 2-3 business days, includes a short call. Master Distributor: 1-2 weeks (we want a real conversation, not a fast yes).
What happens if my application is declined?
You'll receive an email explaining why and what you can do to qualify in the future. Common reasons: unable to verify business, insufficient business information provided, country we don't currently service. You can reapply once the issue is resolved.
Do you sell to individual consumers?
The dstus.com store is open to retail buyers, but the wholesale program is for businesses only — dental labs, clinics, dentists in private practice, and dental supply distributors.
Pricing, discounts & minimum order
What is the minimum order value (MOV)?
Lab & Clinic: $100 USD per order. Distributor and Master Distributor: shared after approval.
What happens if I check out with less than the MOV?
Your discount code won't apply, and Shopify will show a message like "Minimum order of $100 required to use this discount." Add more to your cart to unlock the discount, or check out at retail price.
Can I combine wholesale with sales or other promo codes?
No. The wholesale discount is the best price we can offer — it doesn't stack with seasonal sales, promo codes, or holiday discounts. If a product is already on sale, the wholesale code won't apply on top.
Are the discounts auto-applied at checkout?
You click your bookmarked wholesale link once per session (e.g. dstus.com/discount/TIER_LAB), and the discount applies automatically to every order in that session. If the link expires, just click it again or use the code from your welcome email.
If you raise prices, does my discount % stay the same?
Yes. Your tier discount % is a percentage off retail, so if a product retail changes, your discount stays proportional.
Shipping & logistics
Where do you ship from?
US orders typically ship from our Hollywood, FL warehouse for fast delivery (2-5 business days). International orders ship from our Israel HQ via worldwide logistics, with full customs documentation.
How much is shipping?
Retail shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping is available on US orders over $80. Wholesale customers see standard shipping rates — we don't include shipping in the wholesale discount because shipping costs vary too much by destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
What's the lead time for an order?
US-stocked items: typically ships same or next business day. Israel-warehoused items: ships within 2-3 business days from order. International transit times vary.
Returns, warranty & quality
What is your return policy?
Standard return policy applies to wholesale orders — please see our Refund Policy for full terms. For commercial purchasing programs (Distributor and Master Distributor), specific return arrangements can be discussed during onboarding.
What if a product is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 14 days of receipt. We'll replace or refund. Our quality team responds to product complaints within one business day and initiates the appropriate vigilance procedure under MDR guidelines.
Are your products CE-marked?
Yes — DS Technology USA products carry CE Mark approval. Relevant Declarations of Conformity are available on request at sales@dstus.com.
Are your products FDA-cleared?
Our products are CE-marked for the European market and manufactured under ISO 13485 quality systems. FDA 510(k) clearance is not currently held — for US customers, we work directly with you to provide all available regulatory and quality documentation for any SKU you intend to purchase. For specific US compliance questions on a given product, contact sales@dstus.com and we will respond within one business day with accurate documentation.
Where is the ISO 13485 certificate?
ISO 13485 quality system is in active certification. We will provide the certificate or supporting documentation on request at sales@dstus.com.
Payments & taxes
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards through Shopify's secure checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For Distributor and Master Distributor accounts we can discuss alternative payment arrangements after onboarding.
Do you offer payment terms (Net 30, Net 60)?
By default no. For approved Distributor and Master Distributor accounts with an established purchase history, payment terms can be discussed.
How are taxes / VAT handled?
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. International buyers are responsible for customs duties and any applicable VAT on import.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe — both PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never see or store your full card number.
